Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 7-11 Days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-3 Days to let you know your is being prepared!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 3-4 Days using shipping provider after item is finished. Flat rate shipping fee of 10.99 applies to orders shipping
to [locations outside local region]. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, New Zeeland, Australia. If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated
and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once
a shipment reaches your destination country. The Finer Gifts is not responsible for these
charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery on physical products, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund you the total amount remaining after a 20% restocking fee along with the shipping costs for the return as you will need to pay for the return shipping cost.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at lovelybloomdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
